Workforce Language Services, LLC is dedicated to bridging language
and culture in the workplace, thereby enhancing overall business profitability,
creating opportunities for employee advancement, increasing respect
across cultures and strengthening our communities.
We offer onsite Spanish and English as a Second Language training,
diversity training, sexual harassment prevention training, translation,
transcription and interpretation services and consulting services.

Our Team
Dr. Jill K. Bishop, Founder & President
Workforce Language
Services was founded by Jill Bishop, PhD. A Linguistic Anthropologist,
she has taught English and Spanish around the world and has researched,
written and lectured extensively on the subject of language and culture.
Prior to founding Workforce Language Services, Jill worked on developing
and implementing language, culture and diversity training programs for
130 Chipotle Mexican Grill locations. In addition to her MA and PhD,
Jill has a BA in the Teaching of Spanish. She has taught at UCLA, Kendall
College, Robert Morris College, Loyola Marymount University, Oakton
Community College, Harper College and Triton College.

Luciana Tiberio, Program Manager
Luciana
attended Millikin University in Decatur, IL. As an undergraduate, she
studied abroad at the University of Salamanca, Spain. After graduating
with a BA in Spanish and History, she lived and worked in the Dominican
Republic as an English teacher at the CEPCA Bilingual Elementary School
for Berón and Punta Cana. Upon returning to the U.S., she taught
Spanish at Riverton High School, until joining our staff as Program
Manager.

Meredith Veto, Translations Manager
Meredith
attended Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C., where she earned a BA
in Spanish with a concentration in Communications. She came to WLS after
working as a reporter and web editor for the most widely circulated
English-language newspaper in Mexico. She now spends her time managing
our multilingual translation and transcription clients, as well as contributing
to our blog.
